InstructorKenny is a personal trainer certified by the American Council of Exercise. He is CPR/AED certified and has been the director of several fitness centers. A former college athlete, he excelled in football, baseball, basketball, golf, tennis. He has actively studied kinesiology and successfully trained people for 15 years including professional athletes, bodybuilders, and stay at home parents.
His areas of focus include but are not limited to functional fitness, Aerobic/Anaerobic fitness, Strength Training, Kickboxing, Kettlebell /Dumbbell work. Kenny offers individual program utilization, nutrition guidance, group and/or partner classes.
Strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and flexibility are an absolute must in a balanced program. Regular exercise can prevent or manage heart disease and diabetes, as well as feelings of stress, anxiety, and depression.
